Pros
One or two of the people I worked with were awesome. My FA was awesome. Excellant training and mentoring from the preceptor I was lucky enough to get.
Cons
Management does not care AT ALL. No matter what you say or read, don't believe any of the malarkey they spew. When we spoke up against unfair and ridiculous promotions and transfers, no one listened, we were all just told "Come over to the righteous side and everything will be ok!" by a clinical coordinator. No matter how screwed up everything got, no one cared. They still don't, even though the patients are now at risk due to incompetent care and mismanagement.
