Overworked. Underpaid. Over stressed. Job requirements extend extremely beyond the job description. Pay only increase by 1-2% per year. If that. They tell you, you're allowed to cash out your pto. Upon attempt, they deny it. Also terminate you and keep that money. In short i took no vacations for 2 years because I needed to cash out my pto and once they terminated me, I was told I would receive that money, then I was told I wouldn't. They kept about $3,000 in pto that I worked for. To top it off they fired me on Christmas. The worst company I've been at. Avoid it at all costs. They make millions while you are treated as a slave. Not to mention. The patient they basically killed due to incompetent nurses, then they lied about what happened in order to avoid investigation. But the entire staff at that clinic is well aware of that dead patient due to their negligence
