My coworker’s were fun, until one of them became my supervisor and he was never trained to be one. “ we are family “ mentality here.
Cons
The directors and supervisors I worked with constantly broke EEOC compliance and all they got for disciplinary action was a slap on the hand. I would have to be the one to report their misconduct. I was fired as retaliation the moment I made a small mistake that others have done before too.
