Pros
1.) The company really invests in employee education 2.) They recognize the efforts of their employees 3.) company emphasizes team work. When you happen to have a good team, its a fun and fulfilling workplace.
Cons
1.) Business model, they need to maximize the patients time getting dialysis and sometimes unrealistic pressure is placed on the staff to move a patient for the next shift even when the patient is not yet ready to be released due to a number of different factors. 2.) Good manager = happy staff, Bad manager and so many people leave making it harder for those left behind. 3.) It's a busy fast paced environment that needs good teamwork. If you don't have a good group to work with, it can really make for stressful days, unfortunately, there are more stressful days due to short staffing
