Pros

Ummmm....? The manager Mr. Ed are nice & friendly. Good location in center of Charlotte, short drive to work, and job sites are close to very traditional, culture food.

Cons

Plenty.... The boss jason is a money hungry puto. You is worked as a slave. Sub-contractors hate working for Him & Pay is terrible. No bonus and benefits. Do not fall in trap! Horrible work environment. No good pay and no benefits. I am employee that are very unappreciated and a slave to the boss jason. I would not recommend to my worst friends

Thank you "Current Contractor". I am sorry you feel the way you do about working for Daedalus Properties. Just to clarify, you are a "sub-contractor" meaning you have your own company and pick and choose for whom you work for and when. That is the case with all of our contractor labor as we have no "contractor" employees. I will note that the majority of our sub-contractors have worked for us no less than 5 years and many over 10 years. This comes from great appreciation and respect for the contractors who work hard at what they do and have great pride in doing it. We value teamwork, attention to detail, timeliness, and diligence in our product and expect no less from the men and women who help us meet that objective. I encourage you to contact us personally instead of through a hidden blog like Glass Door to try and address some of your concerns. If you are still doing work for us, thank you. If not, we wish you well on your ventures. Thank you for your thoughts.
