Great culture, strong leadership, exceptional product pipeline with strong presence in industry (read for yourself!), flexible in-office policy, company focus on wellbeing and great benefits, colleagues have a passion for serving patients as we've all been impacted by cancer in some way, management listens to employee feedback and takes action each year following Global Engagement Survey, tons of learning and development opportunities, recognition for work being done within teams
Cons
Some Japanense colleagues go through rotations so they don't always have the right skills or capabilities, early morning or evening calls due to time difference (but not for all roles), lack of streamlined work flows but that is being addressed
