Pros
Terrific people first culture. US seen as the global growth engine for Daiichi Sankyo. US commercial operations are small enough to feel like a large family, but large enough to provide multiple opportunities for career development. Daiichi Sankyo actually follows through on its promises. Bureaucratic nonsense is kept to a minimum.
Cons
High accountability. Many job functions are performed by a single person. You either perform, and its recognized, or you don't and are held accountable. No hiding out here.
