      you have plenty of opportunities to make overtime, and potentially have room to grow

      Cons

      the overtime is mandatory and if you like communication on what needs to be done for the day, or even what's going on in general, then this isn't the place for you. they do not know how to communicate anything that is happening.

      It's out in the middle of nowhere. With the return to the office and less and less flexibility, work life balance seems to be shifting away from the company motto of "people-centric management".
