      You can choose your 3 modules. There is always need for an extra pair of hands so you can pretty much choose in which departments you want to go at the HQ. Possibility to go abroad for 6 months

      For the 6 months abroad there is less freedom of choice of department.

      It's out in the middle of nowhere. With the return to the office and less and less flexibility, work life balance seems to be shifting away from the company motto of "people-centric management".
