      Work was exciting and innovative.

      Cons

      Design Management/Supervisors do not believe women should be in engineering and it shows. From excessive micromanagement to harassment and bullying. The design team management should not be overseeing the people they do. If you’re a man in the field, you’re golden, however women apply with caution. They do not respect you, your opinion, or your experience.

      This is a well-established company with friendly employees and an on-site clinic for employees. The job security seems steadier here than with other jobs in this field,

      It's out in the middle of nowhere. With the return to the office and less and less flexibility, work life balance seems to be shifting away from the company motto of "people-centric management".
