Pros
Great coworkers, we're often working to expand our resources, and willing to shift around our schedules to help each other out. I've learned how to do most work positions in my office, we do a lot of cross-training, to ensure that we can handle functioning well if several people are out for the day.
Cons
Many of the people believe us to be lawyers, and become extremely disgruntled that we won't give them legal advice. I've been cussed out or yelled at more than a few times, but I've been thanked and complimented more than a few times as well. We're limited in what we can and can't do to help people, and though we are trying to accumulate more resources, we've also cut our physical inventory of legal books in half, if not more. We also often have people referred to us for legal advice when we cannot provide any form of legal advice whatsoever.
