Pros

if you work hard and are willing to relocate, opportunities to advance are possible. HMO benefits plans are generous.

Cons

This is the most bizarre place I've ever worked... senseless meetings, managers that routinely work 10-16 hour days, even more responsibility for longer work hours put on mid-level coordinators. Technology is in the dark ages, the company has obviously cut many a corner in this area in an effort to save dollars. Onboarding is embarrasingly non-existent for a company of this size. Training is minimal at best and teleconferencing is routinely scheduled strictly around the corporate office schedules, regardless of schedules of outlying communities/states.

Pros

Hard to be fired, good benefits, double time Sundays.

Cons

No room to grow. Pay scale is a tier system based on a union contract that we negotiate every 3-5 years and the raises are never more than a dollar or two. They offer apprenticeships that you only get if you are related to someone and have some kind of friend up front. Qualifications mean nothing you learn more you do more and get paid less than then the tier 1 employees which makes the newer highers also not want to work so you will be in limbo working harder for nothing.
