Pros

A paycheck. That's it.. RUN as far as you can from this place.

Cons

Worst leadership I have ever seen. Constant changes in which direction we need to go. Lack of leadership, only hires the worst applicants they can find. Tell lies on lies on lies. No room for growth and get treated like lower class from any management team member. People with no background in the position they are in , let power get to their head and forces you out or makes you look bad, because you are better at their job.
