Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with us. We appreciate your insights and apologize that they weren't acknowledged sooner. You've raised some great points which we would like to address: Structure - one of the difficulties of our rapid growth has been the ability for our internal structures and processes to keep up. We acknowledge this creates challenges and value the work our team is doing to improve this. Communication - as with structure, we acknowledge that this has struggled to develop in line with the growth of our business. We have recently invested resource specifically into this area and are looking forward to seeing improvements over the coming months. Compensation - we value every team members' contribution to Daniels and try to ensure that salaries are both competitive, and reflective of the level of responsibility held. Our performance review process is not where we would like it and our P&C team is working hard to address this. Expense management - we do look for opportunities to reduce unfruitful expenses, however we are guilty of appreciating good coffee and making this available to our team. We certainly don't approve of any abuse of company resources and apologize that in the time you were with us, we were not aware of this issue and consequently weren't in a position to address it. Team Travel - we value relationships in our company and therefore choose to invest in face to face meetings from time to time; we do appreciate there is a cost impact to this. On the positive, we are glad that you experienced the friendliness of our team. They're great people and the key to our current and future success.
