Pros

Started as an hourly in 2005, Earned College Degree, Became Manager in 2012...4yrs of dedicated Service...over worked under paid, underappreciated, and you will spend work days and days off running a 4-6hr trip to pick up product. Seems like such a great opportunity, but you will be a slave!

Cons

Lack of Corporate Support, 55-80hrs a week, less bonuses due to continued changes, but more long hours required to make their goals with no incentives...the company downsized and is not doing well...Let many amazing leaders go to save them some $$$ ...The board of directors was replaced and laid off many decades of dedicated employees...that was the rouse to better the company. When you are new they sell you a Disney Storey...Run into your passion, empathy, care, motivation as a newbie.
