Pros
Friendly staff and coworkers. Very flexible with schedules as long as you are willing to work weekends and holidays. Pretty busy restaurants, able to make money quickly.
Cons
Bartenders are constantly overwhelmed with take out orders. Managers are moved around constantly. Once you get used to someones style they are gone.
