Pros
You can make great money here, this job got me through alot of tough times financially. You have to be willing to put in the time but the money at the end of the week is usually worth it. I stayed at the job a long time with hopes of a career opportunity, they do have them and they sound really nice.
Cons
I worked such long and hard hours with so many different people talking to me about managment and moving up but the more I did for the company, the mor they turned and used it against me, used it to their advantage instead of mine. They told me i needed to train in all aspect of the resturant, in order to move up, which I did and in turn i would get stuck doing a certain postion because they didnt have anyone else to do it. They knew I would do it, they knew if they called me on my day off I would come in, no matter what. They took advantage of me and my eagerness to be something bigger in this company. I have 2 daughters at home and a husband that got upset that they never saw me and when they did, I was upset because I felt as if I was stuck and going no where.
