Wouldn - Server/Waiter Darden Employee Review

I would describe working for Darden as very 'corporate.' There was little flexibility for individual restaurants to make decisions for their local staff and store. A lot of weight was put on customer reviews and only ratings of 5-stars were counted toward store scores--meaning a lot of pressure from managers on staff.
