Pros

Can say you're employed and perhaps purchase what you'd like to own if you save 50% discount Transfer nationwide (why would you want to?)

Cons

Ohhhh boy....where to begin? Ok, I serve at Seasons 52 which is one of the nicer restaurants under the Darden umbrella. We have no bussers so get ready to do all the sidework you could ever hope for. Seriously, it's ridiculous how much sidework you will do. The training program requires you to put in a LOT of at home study time, of course unpaid. There are a million little corporate rules and nuances that only the largest full-service restaurant chain in America could contrive. This company is on Money Magazine's list of worst paying companies. As a server (in Tennessee) I earn $2.13 an hour. So when I'm not tipped, I lose money I was tipped from other tables. Now, remember that sidework? Ok, you're going to do around 1.5 - 2 hours of that at a glorious rate of $2.13/hour. Needless to say, I'm looking for other employment right now.
