Pros
The best reason to work for this restaurant is because the average tips earned are generally a bit higher than other casual restaurants. And the hours are not bad either.
Cons
The lack of respect you recieve from customers at times. The inconsistancy of tips (you can make 100 dollars one night and 20 the next), waiting tables is not a glamourous job and you rarely feel respected or appreciated by either the customers or management.
