They schedule you a lot so if you need the money I guess that's good.
Cons
There is a lot of favoritism within the company to begin with. Also, it is impossible to get off for holidays no matter how long you've worked for the company. The company would rather take the word of a customer than an employee who has worked there for years. I constantly had to pick up other peoples' work after they slacked off and management did nothing about it. There is a horrible line of communication between corporate and management within each branch. Management at my location also treats their employees as if they are disposable. I would definitely not recommend working here. My branch tried to fire me because I forgot to bring something small to a table and the customer got mad and went to corporate. The branch also used to make us, the servers, pay for a customers meal if the customer left without paying the bill.
