Pros
Busy restaurant, great tips, and a fun atmosphere with great food!! The training was pretty good, but the learning curve was quite steep.
Cons
Inconsistent management. At times it was spot on, but many changes throughout my time there. Different managers and each had a slightly different vision of the way they wanted things handled. Definite favorites - received better shifts and better sections when working.
