Pros
The corporate building and culture were amazing. I enjoyed walking into the building and going to work...most days. A lot of great people and diversity drove innovation. On site gym and restaurants were a major plus as well!
Cons
The great corporate culture didn't quite make its way to the Information Technology teams. Senior management along with certain team leads created a high friction environment and more finger pointing happened versus working together to align with business initiatives
