Pros

Four days a week Monday through Thursday only because I was utilities lead mechanic

Cons

Cons, bad management, uncaring, main maintenance manager wold always go around me to others in my crew. No yearly reviews because if they have you a review then they would have to give you a raise. Company always cutting 401k most people depressed and want out, Darigold is poor at best. Don’t work here,

communication on wage increase and consistentecy among wage increases between peers, unheathy and threatening supervisors when situations arouse.
