Management is clueless about everyday operations and quality standards.you can't blame them they are so overly micromanaged they have to spend all day in meetings.workers are all treated differently but if you play golf with management overtime opportunities can be endless.company breaks state and federal laws concerning treatment of employees and quality regulations.we sure can run alot of milk but i wouldn't trust the quality.inadequate training and lack of care contribute to that.employees try their best to provide quality product but q.a.management is inexperienced and probably doesn't make enough to care.day shift has alot of managers and quality control but on nights its non existant.
