Pros
There were a lot of benefits for me. I moved up quickly from training to be a supervisor to supervisor to production planner all within a couple years. The pay has been good especially for someone right out of college. The benefits are very good.
Cons
They expect a lot of out you as far as hours goes, but that is just the way that the production type facilities work. Working nights is no fun, but put in your time and even that goes away for the most part.
