Not Neurodivergent Friendly - QA Supervisor Darigold Employee Review

Worst 6 months of my life. Hired me knowing I'd need training as a supervisor, got nothing more than Alchemy trainings that my direct supervisor discredited when I tried to discuss the topic presented. I was given very little direction and even less clarity on how to go about achieving what I was told I needed to achieve. Always told me when I did it wrong though but they could never tell me how I could do it right to quote my direct supervisor, "I don't know how you'd do it, but you got to figure it out". It's a really weird work culture, if you are not an extremely extroverted person, they will run you out because you don't fit their mold.
