Pros
The product is sold by allowing the customer to use it free for 4 weeks (a try before you buy approach) - this tends to be very successful, with around 80pc converting to full purchases Company is in hyper growth - I joined about 2 years ago when there were c 20 employees - now there are nearly 300 Very fast moving environment which is never boring. It's very meritocratic - some people thrive on the lack of structure but others would be best placed to find a more structured job post-college Fellow sales employees tend to be of a similar age to oneself (I am 26) Very flat management structure - easy to approach bosses on a day to day basis As long as you're selling, the earnings are good
Cons
The growth of Darktrace can lead to things being rather chaotic no long term graduate training programme - once you've done your initial training, you'll be expected to be selling (or at least assisting in sales) within the first quarter If you are not selling, the base pay is low People who are not selling are removed quickly
