Asked to juggle way too many hats. Depending on your location, ops can be your best friend or your worst nightmare. Company's long term vision doesn't seem sustainable Ops has no respect for your time, efforts, or accomplishments. Lucky to get a 1-2% raise / year Bonus system is arbitrarily determined. No continual training or development
