      Pros

      Work load is manageable and fun at times. You get recognized for the work you do. The job isn't that stressful. Good work / life balance. Nice family oriented company.

      Cons

      Of all the work that you do, in the end you are just making cups which isn't exactly exciting. Dart seems very stingy about some policies and honestly makes you feel uncomfortable at times

      This environment in the network group is entirely too toxic there is a person that is absolutely toxic will make you hate your life and is absolutely HR Nightmare how they're still there I do not understand do not work here do not work here you will regret it they are severely understand and do not appreciate employees
