Pros
Very chill company, open door policy, room to grow within department and cross department. Overall great people to work with. The key to success is to work for a good manager/director and department. Some tuition reimbursement, great health benefit, life insurance, some company matching for 401k after one year.
Cons
Short to medium PTO (start with 10 days after 6 month) and you accrue it as you stay with the company. Slow to change and get things done, if it involves other department.
