Great affordable benefits. Hours always available unlike others where they send you home if theres no work. Vacation Hours.sick pay and unpaid days kicks in after your 12 week probation. Good advancement depending what youre going after
Cons
Management needs to prioritize training to new employees or new trainees. Need to take them step by step of what they will be expecting. Not just give them attention the first few days And leave them with their trainers and never get back at them and assume they are good already after 2 weeks.
