Money: low, no bonus/profit-share, getting a raise yearly equalled to getting an extra Big Mac weekly. Structure: too many employees stuck on 'contracts' working for an even lower wage without benefits. Environment: toxic, full of horror stories and tears. Facilities: poor, I didn't get to work in Mason MI. Work Perks: none to speak of, no Venngo app etc. Never in my career have I seen a place like this one. Too many red flags to elaborate on. True colors always show.
