Micro managing. Rules are not consistent in the department. Time away from your desk is monitored to the extreme for some while others it is not. Management does not promote on quality of work only if your one of their favorites. The department can feel like high school at times. This is a dead end position. Only start in this position to apply to another department. The position as CSR has a high turnover rate. Low pay for the amount of responsibilities.
