      Good insurance and health benefits

      Cons

      No matter how many hours you put in it is never enough. I was pulling 70 hours a week no matter if I took a day off or not my work was always there when I got back untouched by manegement.

      Clean environment and good benefits

      Cons

      Micromanaging everything you do redundancy galore rules that make zero sense safety is great but taken to an extreme measure so much so that it wears on your mental health
