      As a driver you come in do your job and go home we are not hourly we are paid by the load. Keeps you in shape.

      Sometimes the deliveries do get heavy or complicated to unload 99% touch freight

      Clean environment and good benefits

      Cons

      Micromanaging everything you do redundancy galore rules that make zero sense safety is great but taken to an extreme measure so much so that it wears on your mental health
