      Manageable work expectations. Nice campus.

      Cons

      Low pay. Only management get paid reasonably. Little advancement opportunities. Do not expect the ability to contribute or advance. Unimpressive, tone-deaf management. Managers do not know how to manage and only listen to other managers. Do not question management or the company. The ways things have been done is the way things will be done.

      Pros

      The actual work itself was sometimes challenging and sometimes easy.

      Cons

      They refuse to hire enough supervisors but encourage employees to turn each other in. It makes for a high stress environment where you are constantly watching your back. I was never once given a compliment, only negativity. My best day was the day I quit.
