      Good pay, and benefits, hours of work are a guaranty

      Cons

      Since the company bought Solo the work has become stressful, top-level management is felling a lot of pressure and this is causing long-time employees to give up and go somewhere us, the company is more focus on the turnover rate of new hire than current employees. Also work is getting super hard.

      Pros

      The actual work itself was sometimes challenging and sometimes easy.

      Cons

      They refuse to hire enough supervisors but encourage employees to turn each other in. It makes for a high stress environment where you are constantly watching your back. I was never once given a compliment, only negativity. My best day was the day I quit.
