Management, does not listen, to it's employees, especially ones, that can do their job. Supervisors, are ordinary people, off the floor, who have no experience, at supervising. Supervisor sits in office, has other people, who aren't supervisors, doing the dirty work, so they may sit in office. If you are friends, with supervision, you don't have to do your assigned job, a special one, will be made up for you. Another words, an office job, for the shift. Favoritism, runs rampant! Human resources is a JOKE!
