      No raises this year and a 5 day week schedule which includes weekends! Working the weekend for straight time is not favorable and is just degrading! Vacation time was cut in half this year!!!!!!!!!

      Clean environment and good benefits

      Micromanaging everything you do redundancy galore rules that make zero sense safety is great but taken to an extreme measure so much so that it wears on your mental health
