Ask too much of their supervisors since getting rid of payroll and timekeeping. Plant management asks supervisors to be on the floor 75% of the time but expect 1 person to fill the role of 2 HR and supervise the floor. Training to new employees is very minimal and has large negative effects on safety and production.
