      Micro-management. If your supervisors were disciplined by the managers, they would sometimes take out their frustrations on you. i.e(Extra work, critiquing everything.)

      Micromanaging everything you do redundancy galore rules that make zero sense safety is great but taken to an extreme measure so much so that it wears on your mental health
