      The benefits are pretty good and they start immediately after hire.

      Cons

      It's a very hot environment which u can eventually become use to but when u take on the heat plus the demanding work load it can become dangerous.

      Clean environment and good benefits

      Cons

      Micromanaging everything you do redundancy galore rules that make zero sense safety is great but taken to an extreme measure so much so that it wears on your mental health
