      Good pay and that’s it

      Cons

      No overtime, no one is qualified. As long as you can speak English you have a job. No training . Forced to work on things with no help or trancing and no management support

      Clean environment and good benefits

      Micromanaging everything you do redundancy galore rules that make zero sense safety is great but taken to an extreme measure so much so that it wears on your mental health
