      Pay is ok and promotions are available for those willing to wait on their supervisors' hands and feet as they sleep in their comfy office.

      Cons

      Tolerated Racism. No teamwork. When all else fails blame or fire QC "responsible" for defective product. Seen many instances where the company has fired employees weeks before retirement. Shady history and no management.

      The people within your department are a great resource of knowledge and positive to be around
