      Management can be tough to deal with. There isn’t much of a team environment so projects are usually done alone with contractors. Lots of last minute travel depending on project

      Pros

      The actual work itself was sometimes challenging and sometimes easy.

      Cons

      They refuse to hire enough supervisors but encourage employees to turn each other in. It makes for a high stress environment where you are constantly watching your back. I was never once given a compliment, only negativity. My best day was the day I quit.
