      Good pay. You get vacation days from the start.

      Cons

      Stuck working with people that cannot perform the job and they expect you to work faster to do yours and their job. They say they care about safety and the people but they don't. Machines are old.

      Clean environment and good benefits

      Cons

      Micromanaging everything you do redundancy galore rules that make zero sense safety is great but taken to an extreme measure so much so that it wears on your mental health
