Great pay, not a career. They don't care about their employees - Operator Dart Container Employee Review

We went to work one day and they laid off half of us. They had alot of police officers there with their hands on their guns. We either went by the lockers and got laid off, or went upstairs and kept our jobs. I saw them fire someone who worked there 28 years, never called in sick, a supervisor who had been there 16 years along with me and my fellow co workers. They promised us a warn (severence package of 2 months pay) and out vacation and emergency time paid. They paid the warn payment a week later than they said they would. Some people got their vacation and emergency pay. Some did not.
