Pros
Quality Facilities including good food options, walking paths for breaks, and extremely clean bathrooms. They also have what seems to be a genuine concern for environmental issues despite being one of the worlds largest produces of plastic and foam, this includes massive budgets for recycling and R&D for sustainable products.
Cons
Extremely compartmentalized to a fault. Management will have little if anytime to mentor new employees. This is your run of the mill typical corporate environment (nothing really wrong with that) but it is not every ones cup of tea.
