Pros
I found my co-workers to be like-minded and very easy to work with, In fact, while I am no longer employed at Dart, I have maintained long-term friendships. I suspect this is no coincidence since Dart requires upfront personality-type testing as part of the interview process. At first blush this may seem odd to some, but there is value in this approach. If employees don't have the same work ethic, tolerance, critical thinking skills and other factors that contribute to a harmonious work environment, job satisfaction can be significantly impacted. It's smart from both employee and employer perspective to keep turnover to a minimum,

While things may have changed since my time at the organization, I found the time it took to get promoted was very long.
